Today was not a good day for my healthy lifestyle! I seemed to be hungry all day. I ate way more food than I should have. I had pizza for supper and then ice cream. Oh well, I'll get back on track on Monday. I would say tomorrow, but I have leftover pizza to finish tomorrow. :P
I did my workouts, so that is good. I also spent some time on the porch. It looked as if a good storm was coming up. Unfortunately, it never really did storm. It was disappointing. It did rain pretty hard for a while though.
My friend is finally better. We hope to start back on out walks on Monday. Yay! I'm ready. I want to get to my goal weight. I've been slacking too much lately. I also need to take my own daily walks. I MUST get motivated to do that!
