Not my day at ALL

I was about to go for my walk today and I kept hearing a weird noise.  I thought it was my upright freezer.  I went outside and found out that no, it wasn't my freezer.  One of the pipes under my house burst!  I had to get the city to come out and turn the water off.  I have a friend who says he'll come tomorrow and look at it.  I hope he does.  I filled the bathtub before they turned the water off, but even though I had it plugged, it drained all the water out. ~_~;  I was going to use that to flush the toliet.  Now I have to rely on the bottles I was able to fill.  I am so frustrated.  I really hope my friend can do something to fix it so I can get it back on.  The bad thing is, if he comes after work, it's probably going to be another day before the city will come out and turn it back on.  This sucks! :(
