It was overcast this morning when I got up. There was rain in the forecast for today. I was hoping that it wouldn't rain on me while walking. It didn't! It started raining after I got home. I was quite happy that it was nice enough to wait until I got home. ^_^ I relaxed a little bit before doing my workouts. I didn't get another walk in tonight because of the rain. I'm hoping it will be nice tomorrow evening and my friend will want to go walking. If not, I may take a short walk. Who knows. I'm trying really hard to stay on track with my eating and walking and workouts.
I have actually lost a few pounds. I'm happy about that, but it doesn't seem to be coming off quickly enough. I want to work on that. I think I will start to lose more weight now that I'm having to work harder to get in my steps. Today, the Fitbit did much better on distance. It's still not as many steps as the One. I love all the other features about it, so I'm not going to worry too much about that. It seems to do much better when I actually track the walk WITH the Fitbit. The Charge 2 has different workouts build in. You can choose the one you are going to do and start it when you start. I did that on today's walk and got a better distance. I'm going to continue to track that way.
The Charge 2 also has other workouts in there. Run, Hike, Pilates, Weights, etc. It's pretty cool! I actually used the run feature just for the heck of it the other day. I didn't run fast or far, but I ran a little bit. :p I am sure if I could start running, I'd get more weight off!
Wow, I've been talking about my Fitbit in just about every post since I got it. ^_^; I'll try to talk about other things. :p
