I actually did start my walk today. Unfortunately I only got in 2 miles. My friend called and I ended up going with them to Gretna to get ice cream. I didn't get any, so I didn't do too badly! I just never got my walk finished. Oh well, I've told myself that it doesn't hurt to miss walks every now and then. Plus, I tried to eat a little less today than usual to make up for the calories I would haveburned on the walk.
I did my Blogilates workouts. It is rest day so they were stretches. I love stretch day. It always feels good to get all stretched out. I still can't do a split, but I'll continue to work on it. I might get out my #journeytosplits printout and try again in June. I have always wanted to be able to do a split!
Now I am going to balance my checkbook. I'm one of those weirdos that actually think that is fun! I'll do that and then relax a bit before bed. It's been cooler at night and it's good sleeping weather. I love to have a cool room and a bed with a ton of blankets on it. It makes a comfy nest!
