What the Junk?!

I meant to do this earlier, but time got away from me. We were up and out pretty early. We went to all of the Goodwills except the one at North Myrtle Beach, we got there last night.  We even went back to Conway and got that Goodwill and the Salvation Army store there.  I found a few goodies today.  A pencil pouch, an old vintage address thingee, a cute tote bag, and a bunch of other small things. We also made it to a Tuesday Morning and I got a two-pack of notebooks and a bamboo tabletop /board that fits on a rolling craft cart. I have been thinking of buying one of those carts for a while now. Even if I don't, I can use the board I got as a lap desk or similar. My friend got himself some inexpensive Bluetooth earbuds yesterday and said he'd buy me a pair like his today. We found some similar ones in Tuesday Morning and he got me them. I'm happy because the case is blue. :P. They work well, too. I paired them with the M1 and it was a go! 

Right now, I'm sitting on the balcony of our room. This is the first day it's been cool enough to stay out here for any length of time. It's been so muggy. Today, it was muggy and humid, but there is a nice breeze blowing out here so it's nice. I plan to stay out here and write. My writing has suffered greatly here. Not being able to get away and write has been stressful. I have written every day though Even if it's only 200 or so words! Here are a few pictures I took right before typing this up!

We went out to eat at Victoria's this afternoon just as I was sitting down to write a post!  We ate at Victoria's and then went to the Goodwill on Loyola. I found another cute zipper pouch and a rechargeable radio and flashlight set.  It started storming while we are out. Lots of thunder, lightning and rain.  We went from there to the Goodwill in Murrel's Inlet. I found a sea-themed stamper set there for .99¢!  We went to the Tuesday Morning we had missed down there.  I got more stuff. :p We then headed back up and stopped at the Tuesday Morning in Myrtle. I sat that one out.  We went on to North Myrtle to the Tuesday Morning there. I got a couple of packs of notebooks and then we went by the Starbucks! :) I got a Peppermint white mocha. Yum!  After that, we went to Goodwill in NMB and I found a 12 pack of Staedtler fineliners for .99¢!  I also found a Starbucks tumbler from 2004 with Hawaii on it! @[email protected]! Very, very, cool. I almost missed it, too!

After we left there, we ordered from Hungry Howies and drove back down to Myrtle and picked it up and brought it back to the room.  I ate two pieces already. :p It was good.  Now I just need to get in my beach walk.  I'm very tired so it's going to be a quick walk out to the ocean. I will put my feet in the water, and then come back in! lol Here are a few pictures I took while out of the sky at different points.

We went out and went to a few places.  We drove down to Pawley's Island! I've never been, so that was pretty cool. We went to a GW boutique (Goodwill only higher-end items), a Salvation Army, and a Tuesday Morning. I got stuff in all three. :p  We ate in Murrell's Inlet on the way back up at a place called Judy Boone's kitchen. It was pretty good, too!  We came back up to Myrtle and went to the Tuesday Morning here.  We have been back to the room for some time now.  I have sat down and paid bills, and now I'm typing this up.  My phone is currently on charge.  We went by a Starbucks in Pawley's Island and my friend stopped so I could go in! This was right before we were headed to eat, so I didn't get a drink, but I got more cards I needed and a new tumbler. :p  Oops. Hee hee.

That is the Starbucks we stopped by. Very nice location and I have a new one to add to my list! Joy!

We went out and visited three Goodwill stores, a Salvation Army store, Tuesday Morning and we ate at King's Famous Pizza in North Myrtle Beach.  It was delicious as always.  I got some cool things.  I found a Sak roots handbag at the Salvation Army store, three pair of shoes at the Goodwill in NMB plus an amazing pen/pencil zip-up case that hold over 100 pens!  It's awesome and it's my favorite color, too!  It was a good day of thrifting for sure.  I found some really cute stuff at Tuesday Morning.  Two packs of washi (like I needed more!), a odd sized TN, some Halloween stampers, and a little book with notes in it.  Very cute! I love everything.  The little TN has two inserts that are regular size TN ones so I can use them in something else if I want.

My friend is currently getting ready and we are going out to North Myrtle Beach today.  He ordered something to be delivered up there and we are heading that way.  We should be going to Goodwill and Salvation Army thrift stores up that way. I'm hoping for us to eat at King's Famous Pizza, but I'm not sure yet.  I would also like to go to Tuesday Morning.  It's dangerous but it's so much fun to shop! lol

I was watching the ocean a bit ago and saw a banana boat that kept stopping.  The people on the banana boat kept falling and jumping into the water. I've never seen that before.  Drama at the beach. :p. I took some pictures of the sky just a moment ago because it was so pretty.  Enjoy.  

Isn't the sky in that first picture just gorgeous!  The clouds in the last one are cool too. It's a beautiful day here for sure. ^_^

Hello!  We went to three Goodwill stores and to a Tuesday Morning we've never been before. It's a big one and I found too much stuff. I took a picture of my goodies and I'll share it below.  I love the blue washi.  The cacti stampers are adorable! I love all my goodies. That stamp pad ink is gorgeous. I just hope it's true to the color on the package.

Those coffee stampers! :D It was a good haul. I love Tuesday Morning.  I'm sort of glad we don't have one where I live. LOL!
  

Well, we went out and went up to North Myrtle Beach.  We went to the Goodwill up there and my friend went to a pawn shop and a guitar store.  We also went to Tuesday Morning.  I got washi. (like I really need more!) and a few other things for journaling.  I spent $18 and I have no idea how. LOL

I only got a package of Scotch tape at Goodwill.  LOL, It was new in pack two-pack of scotch tape for .50 so I bought it!  I didn't get a chance to look at a lot of other stuff because the section I like to browse in was full of people.  I was about to lose my temper, so I left!

On the way back into Myrtle, we passed a Starbucks with a drive-thru that wasn't busy and my friend stopped so I could get a latte.  It was delicious, too!  They didn't have cascara syrup either, oh well.  The drink I got was pretty darn good.  Another freebie with stars! I took a picture of the tops of some tress outside the pawnshop while waiting.  I also took a picture of the ocean from the room when we got back.  It's calmed down quite a lot.

We went out to eat at Victoria's and it was delicious as always.  I took a picture of my food to share. lol . I got the special.  Two pork chops, and three sides. I got mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese.  It was so good!  We left there and went to North Myrtle Beach to the Goodwill.  I got a cool Starbucks stainless tumbler, two coffee mugs, a puzzle, a nice purse (not a Fossil lol), a mini Jack o lantern bag, and a ceramic Jack o' lantern.  I also got to get to go to the new Starbucks that is at North Myrtle beach!  It was nice.  I took two pictures in there, but only one took, so I'm sharing it.  I am going to rest a bit and then I think I'm going for a beach walk.  Well, I know I'm going for one tonight, I'm just not sure exactly when. :P

OH! We also went to Tuesday Morning! I got a cool sticker book, three packages of washi and a package of notebooks. :P

So, I spent some balcony time this afternoon after getting back to the room.  My friend and I went out after that.  We went to North Myrtle Beach.  I wanted to go to Tuesday Morning and I got to go!  I got a planner and some inserts from a different kind of planner.  I also got some washi. :p We went to the Goodwill while we were up there.  I usually find stuff I want at that one, but this time I didn't. Oh well.  

We went to Sonic for dinner and it was good.  We hit the grocery store to pick up a few things we needed after that.  Now, I'm sitting in the room on my bed relaxing.  I like my planner.  I am going to see if I can't get some more stuff for it.  I'm hoping the inserts that I got will work for a planner I have at home.  The planner I bought was one I've never seen. It's got weird rings.  It's pretty though . It's green and has Hello on the cover.  The receipt says "Planner Hell" LOL!

I am going to take a beach walk later, I am not sure when.  Sometime between now and midnight.  I still need to do my French lesson.  I guess I can do that after I finish posting this.  I might go out on the balcony for a bit.  My friend is watching tv and it's way too loud.  I already have a headache and it's not helping at all. 

Oh, I forgot to mention I got to go to the Starbucks at NMB.  It's one of my favorite stores.  I was able to get a stack of gift cards that I didn't have.  Yay! ^___^

Good grief. I just typed up a post and it disappeared when I tried to publish it. I’m going to type this one up in a note app so that if that happens again, I don’t lose all my work! UGH! So, let me see if I can remember what I posted…

So, I am sitting on the balcony and I just finished some delicious Hungry Howie’s pizza. We just got back to the room a little while ago. Where did we go? Well, when we left, we went to Dairy Queen and got some food. We then headed to North Myrtle Beach to go to Tuesday Morning. I absolutely LOVE Tuesday Morning! I got a lot of rolls of individual washi, a plastic jar of craft stuff, and a cool journal with the Eiffel Tower on it and Paris. I really didn’t need another journal, but I couldn’t pass this one up. It was on sale and it was cool! It’s a pretty good size, too.

As I’m sitting here typing this, some dudes on the beach and setting off fireworks and it’s great1 They did it last night too, but they have more tonight! lol I just saw them go running in, the police might be coming. I hope they come back and set off some more!

Okay, so we went to Tuesday Morning and I got goodies. Then we went by a pawn shop that my friend likes and he found a vintage album. After that, we headed to Broadway at the Beach. It’s got shops, rides, restaurants, and all kinds of stuff. It’s huge. We went to a couple of stores that we like and I got Starbucks! ;p There is a Starbucks in there that I’ve never been to. That makes four new ones this trip for my Starbucks tracker. Yay!

I got a caramel Frappuccino since it was so hot. Broadway is all open air with each shop with a separate entrance. After we got in the car at Broaday, I ordered the pizza from Hungry Howie’s. I signed up for their rewards several years back on a trip here, and I had a free medium, two topping pizza. I ordered that and we picked it up on our way back to the room. My half was delicious!

It’s been lightning here since I’ve been writing this. I felt a drop of rain a minute ago and it smells like rain. Maybe that is why the guys went in. I hope they’ll come back out later and shoot off more fireworks! We leave in the morning. We usually don’t get out of the hotel until right at check out time. I might post in the morning before we leave, and I may not. I will probably pack up tonight. We’ll see.

Okay, this actually turned out longer than the post I had already done! :p I’ll leave you with three pictures I took. Two inside and one outside of the Starbucks at Broadway. Nevermind.  I've tried four times.  The wifi here sucks!
